As a bioinformatician, I collaborate with others on several cancer-related projects, which include RNA-seq analysis of patient-derived xenograft models of metastatic breast cancer; genomic analysis and interpretation of lung, liver, brain cancers; neuroblastoma; genomic profiling of cancer in disparities; mining TCGA and other cancer genomics databases for hypothesis generation or for validating survival differences based on gene expression; copy number variants; and methylation.
