Who we are

The Transgenic/Knockout Mouse Shared Resource is directed by Jolene Windle, Ph.D., who has been involved in the production and characterization of genetically engineered mouse models (GEMMs) since the field was young. Greg Campbell serves as the resource manager, and has many years of experience with all aspects of GEMM production and cryopreservation. He also oversees the IVIS Spectrum imager located in the MMRB vivarium. Mark Subler, Ph.D., brings expertise in all aspects of GEMM-related molecular biology and is responsible for all of the resource's genetic services, including transgene/targeting vector/CRISPR-Cas9 reagent design, synthesis of CRISPR-Cas9 reagents, and genotyping. Finally, Pamela Watters has been involved in mouse husbandry for many years, and is responsible for breeding colony management.

Please contact Dr. Windle for any inquiries concerning our services or your mouse research needs.
