Your support of palliative care at VCU Massey Cancer Center is appreciated and essential to the program’s growth and ability to serve those who need this form of care.
The Thomas Palliative Care Current Fund supports the pursuit and continuation of research related to pain and symptom management and end-of-life care at Massey. It also funds the day-to-day needs of the program, including crucial assistance to patients, families and friends benefiting from palliative care.
In addition, philanthropic funds can be directed toward the Susan White Holsworth Palliative Care Scholar Endowed Fund, which currently supports the internationally-recognized clinical and educational work of Patrick Coyne, M.S.N., A.P.R.N., F.A.A.N., clinical director of the Thomas Palliative Care Unit.
